Cancellation right

The client has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in a clear statement sent by mail, fax or email to Holger J. You may use the attached standard cancellation form, but this is not required.

Compliance with the cancellation period requires only that you dispatch the notice stating your exercising the right to cancellation before the period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we are required immediately and within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation to reimburse all payments received from you including delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you selected an alternate shipping form than the standard delivery we offer). For the purposes of reimbursement, we will use the same payment method used by you in the original transaction, unless an explicit agreement to the contrary was made with you; you will not be charged any fees for reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you are required to pay an appropriate sum that corresponds to the scope of services provided until the point when you provided notification of cancellation in comparison to the total scope of services stipulated in the contract.
